Delivery
Your order will be shipped the same day if received before 3.00 pm. Otherwise the following day. Order received on Saturday or Sunday will be sent out on Monday. Shipping is free, if you choose Standard Delivery which will take approx. 3-4 working days.
For faster delivery you can choose Fedex, at a cost of $2.95 to you.
Returns and Money-Back-Guarantee Policy
At Footlogics, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. All purchases made through this website can be returned within 90 days of invoice date, either to swap for a different model Footlogics or a smaller or larger size insole or sandal. Or, if you’re not entirely satisfied with the product you may return it for a full refund since your purchase comes with a 90-day-money-back-guarantee.
Please note we do not cover the shipping cost of returning the goods.
When the goods have been received your refund will be put through immediately without any delay. Either via Paypal or Credit/Debit Card, depending on which method of payment you used when making the purchase.
Return Process:
- Order Lookup: enter your order number and zip code on this page to locate your order.
- Generate Prepaid Shipping Label: create a prepaid shipping label with tracking information.
- Return the Product: attach the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at the nearest shipping location.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive your tracked return, we will process your refund, minus the return shipping cost. Please note that the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Exchanges: We understand that sometimes customers order the wrong product or size. At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. To ensure a clean and transparent transaction for each item, please follow these steps:
- Return the original item using the process outlined above
- Place a new order for the correct product or size
