Return Process:

2. Generate Prepaid Shipping Label: create a prepaid shipping label with tracking information.
3. Return the Product: attach the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at the nearest shipping location.
4. Refund Processing: once we receive your tracked return, we will process your refund immediately

 

EXCHANGES:

We totally understand that some customers may require a a smaller or bigger size sandal, flip flop, slipper etc. This is no problem, however please note that we do not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to receive a different size are asked to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the preferred product. Once the returned goods have been received and processed, the refund will be issued back to the original payment method used when placing the order.

Insoles Exchange Policy:
Returned orthotic insoles can be worn and even trimmed to size and still qualify for a refund or exchange.

Footwear Exchange Policy:
Sandals, flip flops and slippers can only be exchanged or refunded if they are clean and in new condition. We suggest you try the footwear at home only, not out on the street before returning the goods.
