If you have a very arch, your foot lacks mobility and our natural shock-absorbing mechanism of pronation-supination is not activated. This may lead to a variatey of foot complaints – including Plantar Fasciitis, but it can also affect your knees or even your lower back. Footlogics Performance provides a high level of cushioning and shock-absorption. And the insole fills up the entire cavity under the foot. People with high arches are often supinators i.e. the feet tend to roll outwards. By raising the outside of insole with a long wedge, supination can be limited.
