When you purchase Footlogics orthotics your walking comfort is guaranteed! If our product does not provide you with the level of comfort you expected, please return the goods within 90 days of purchase (with your receipt) and we will refund your money in full, no questions asked.
Even if you have worn the product for a while and/or have trimmed the insoles with scissors, you will still be able to receive a full refund. As soon as we have received the orthotics back from you, we debit your credit card or Paypal account.
Footlogics offers free shipping via USPS. Most packages are delivered in 2-3 business days, however, on occasion it could take 7-10 business days as exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed. Our distribution centre is based in Ocean Springs, MS.

I’m 6 foot 3 and weigh over 260 lbs with flat feet and I wear flip flops daily around the house and sometimes when running errands around town. Hi my name is Barry and I have problems with my feet. I used to walk the beach every day with no shoes and now I have problems with flat feet which has cause archillies problems. So I purchaced a size 11 Zulus kirra orthopaedics. These are so comfy when I put them on they were made to fit. I would highly recommend them for anyone. Gave it a month or so before posting this review to break these new flip flops in. So far so good! Great comfy feel, good arch support and perfect fit based on size charts on website. Great communication from Footlogic when my size wasn’t in stock, emailed me when they were and delivered really fast. Very hard to fault, it did take a few weeks to get used to the “zullaz” logo under the heel but no longer bothers me. Buy them…you won’t be disappointed.

I got a size 9 based on the size guide they have but when it arrived strap were a bit tight so I organised a replacement and they sent me a prepaid label to return the small size and got the replacement bigger size. So far the Zullaz flip flops seems to be well made and they become more comfortable each wear as my foot molds into it and my toes get use to the strap. I measured my foot as per the recommendation for sizing. I’m usually a 44 or 10 but went for size 11 and it fits well.
