Sizing was correct which was exciting as I have trouble usually. I have small heels and often need a solid back but with the wide straps and fabric between the toe flip-flop and the foot base is spongy and comfortable but holds my feet properly. I usually take a 7.5 size and didn’t know whether to go up or down. I went to an 8 and was happy.
