I bought these for work after trying the Zullaz flip flops. They have now taken the place of my expensive orthotics due to the fact that they give total pain relief for my plantar fasciitis. Could have probably gone a size up but they are still comfortable to wear. I find the sizing guide a little difficult to work out exactly using the length of a foot as a guide.
